ADMINS ARE PART SUPER, PART CRAZY, BUT STILL THE GLUE THAT HOLDS THE CLUB TOGETHER

Club Administrators

In the Rugby Xplorer system,  There are two types of administrators, Club and Team.  Every club must have a club admin as well as a team admin for each team.  For example, Charlotte has two men's and one women's team.  They are required to have one club and three team admins.  A club admin may also be a team admin, but one person may not be a team admin for multiple teams in case the teams are playing at separate locations. The team admin must be present at the match.

CLUB ADMIN

The club admin is originally set by the Union admin (admin@CGRU.rugby).  The club admin may then add additional club admins as well as team admins.  An individual must have a profile set up in RX prior to being assigned as a club/team admin.  His/her responsibilities include:

  • Updating your club details and contact information

  • View/managing accreditations for your administrators and coaches

  • Adding players and coaches to each team roster

  • Completing compliance requirements

  • Sending communications via email/push notifications

  • Learning how to onboard your clubs banking information through Stripe

  • Learning how to set up your club payments to collect registration fees

CLUB COMPLIANCE

Only a Club Admin can register the club.  Once logged in to RX (https://admin.rugbyxplorer.com.au/), find the ADMIN PORTAL on the left side.  When the new page opens, find and expand Administration, then select My Club.  Across the top, find Compliance to find the details of the team payment.  In this section, the Club Admin can also manage all of the admins (add/delete both Club and Team Admins), update contact info, and manage social media links.

SQUAD MANAGEMENT

The club admin is responsible for adding players to the team or "squad".  Each time a new player registers, he/she must be added to a team before participating. As above, log in to the ADMIN PORTAL, and then find/expand Members, then select Squad Management.  Select the team (some clubs have multiple), then select the players to add to that team.  Also select the Non-Players tab to add coaches to the team.  Once added, these players and coaches can be added to the match day roster.
