The Union has opted to follow the current USA Rugby Disciplinary Procedures as referenced below.  All yellow and red cards will be tracked within Rugby Xplorer.  Below is the table of past disciplinary hearings.

Any player who is sent off due to a red card (or two yellow cards in the same match) is automatically suspended from all play until a hearing has been held by the CGRU Disciplinary Committee.  Three yellow cards within the same competitive year will also result in an automatic suspension.  A competitive year is defined as the season in which the match/competition is listed in RX, which typically runs September through August.  For example, the 2026 season includes all matches from late August 2025 through August 2026.  The RX season is typically archived the week after the 7s national championship in mid-August.
