CGRU MINUTES

The Carolinas Geographic Rugby Union's Officials (the "Board") meet via conference on a monthly basis and in person periodically to discuss the union's direction, resolve any outstanding issues, and handle CGRU business.

There are two mandatory meetings per year, including the AGM typically held in late January, and the Season Kickoff typically held in early September.  Meeting notices will be sent via the list of contacts we have as well as to all club admins via RX.  It is the responsibility of the club to ensure contact information is updated.  Failure to attend either meeting will result in a fine of $50, payable prior to any match for the absent club.
