Location - Virtual via Google Meet (meet.google.com/neq-ytvp-owq)

Attendees - The meeting is mandatory for all CGRU member clubs and current union officials. Any club not present for the AGM will be fined $50. Failure to pay will result in Not Good Standing status and will not be sanctioned to play.
PLANNING

There are no elections for board positions in the even year.

There will be a vote for changes to the by-laws​

There will be a vote for the approval of a Director of 7s position to become a voting member of the board.

There will be a vote for newer clubs to become full members of the Union.

Jan 1 - Topics for the AGM must be submitted to the Exec Committee

Jan 1 - Any proposed bylaw changes must be submitted
VOTE PROCESS
All eligible clubs in good standing as of Jan 1, 2026 will vote for the proposed changes. By-Laws may be adopted, by a two-thirds majority vote of a quorum of full members. Other votes are majority votes, meaning that any option with the highest vote count will be in favor. Only clubs in good standing with the CGRU & USAR are eligible to vote, with each club receiving one vote. The link to vote will be emailed directly to the club president or the club's proxy.
